Christina is a freelance non-fiction writer and has been writing for over 20 years. She has published over 300 articles about health, nutrition, parenting and current events. She is the Autism-Parenting and School Rankings Examiner for the NJ area on Examiner.com and writes Health and Nutrition articles for Demand Studios website LIVESTRONG.com, as well as for BrightHub's mental health channel. She is also a contributing reporter to the Maple Shade Progress newspaper.

Christina's debut memoir Little Squares with Colors: A Different way to Look at Autism is based on her experiences with her son who has autism, which was recently entered into a Writer's Digest Contest, scoring high enough for an honorable mention. She continues his journey in the blog What does not Kill us makes us crazy.

Besides her interest in health and wellness, Christina also enjoys writing recap and analysis about the Television show Lost on Lostapedia, Dark UFO and the blog, My Lost Notebook

She enjoys writing commentary and comedy articles and studied Philosophy, Psychology.Public Relations and Nutrition in college.

Christina has been a dancer, singer, actor, dog-trainer, therapist, nutritionist, yoga student, Logistics Expert and cook. She is horrible at sewing, sitting still, and handling a lot of noise.
